This service assists clients who are statutory Company Secretaries or Governance Professionals.
We work with them to improve their Company Secretarial skills or fill gaps. This can include reviewing corporate records, policies, corporate governance statements and procedures.
White Label has assisted named Company Secretaries that have a dual role such as Chief Financial Officers or Legal Counsel, by providing temporary or ongoing support.
Governance and Training
This service provides review of governance documents or providing specific training to entities across a number of topics, including ASX Listing Rules, Directors’ Duties, Continuous Disclosure, Securities Trading Policies and Shareholder Meetings.
